when I was looking for ontario immigration pnp, they said I should qualify under fswp with a hyperlink which redirects to cic website where they say that fswp is now express entry.

So confused as to how do I get qualified under fswp

If you meet all the requirements for FSW, go ahead and create an Express Entry profile

I suggest you spend at least a full day or two reading everything on that site. Google is the best friend too. Anything coming from CIC website is your source of truth, else just take it as a reference.
