I have completed all forms filled to be sent to CIO (N-Delhi) by post.
Do i have to put any extra document like school certificate, Degree, experince letter photocopies attested with notary right now?? or wait till they ask me to?
Also in form "Back Ground Changes" in the last it is written to sign in the presence of a representative of the Canadian Government or an offical appointed".... Means I am sending by post so when they would ask me to sign their??

The INITIAL application without any supporting documents should be sent direct to Canada. After you get their confirmation, the supporting documents and the complete application can be sent to your local visa office. The Visa Office Specific instructions are a general document for ALL visa categories, not just FSW-1.
