Hi, just wanted to understand, by when would the federal skilled worker applications open in 2014. My cap was filled,in 2013, before I could file my papers.

If there is FSW for 2014-2015 then it will be open in May 2014 , As per CIC website new EOI system will be in place by the start of 2015 , so still not clear whether there will be FWS of current point system in 2014 or not.
