question ( date xxx be first qualified to practice in this occupation......). Which date should i set ?
My NOC is 9243 (outland applicant) , plz which date should i enter this question :
1_ 2006 got my diploma of two years in automatisations
2_2008 started to work in this field in morocco
3_ 2019 got my certificate of qualification from NS
