Does this mean my application is been process.. and is this normal.. who else has same timeline like mine.. is this a positive sign.

oh i seee. that's awesome. most likely you will be approved. in rare cases other vo disagrees with judicial review. hopefully they don't throw another reason. how much did it take to get your judicial review ?

Please give us details of your profile, why your visa was rejected, how many times you applied, your journey through the JR process, how much time and money it took ... things like these. Make a detailed post if possible. It will help a lot of people.

oh i seee. that's awesome. most likely you will be approved. in rare cases other vo disagrees with judicial review. hopefully they don't throw another reason. how much did it take to get your judicial review ?

I was refused twice, my first application was done by me and the second was done by immigration lawyer still got refused and she advice me not to reapply that I should go on judicial review of which I agreed to.. to be honest JR refuse to settled the case and she moved it to federal court for JR and I won the case, the open my portal for redetermination by other VO.

Wow .. some fight. I have read some case transcripts on the internet. Is yours also available online ? I am also planning to go down that route if they refuse me this time. Also, can you tell me which immigration lawyer did you consult ?

Could you please specify ur program, University or college , age, year gaps and reasons for rejection? How did the lawyer manage to overcome the reasons?
