The following is the time line of my Wife's Outland Spousal Immigration Application
Feb 01 - Application Sent to Sydney NS Feb 04 - Received at CPC Sydney NS
Feb 23 - Started Processing Sponsorship Feb 24 - Acknowledged of Receipt (AOR) Mar 18 - Biometrics Requested
Mar 19 - Medical Requested
Mar 19 - Biometrics Done at Chisinau
Mar 24 -- Sponsorr determined Eligible
Mar 24 - Forwarded to Paris Visa Office Apr 01 - Medical Done at Chisinau
Apr 02 - Started Processing Wife's PR
May19 - Interview request Bucharest VO
Jun 02 - At the interview in Bucharest VO Visa Officer Announced "Rejection"
Jun 17 - Received Pre-Arrival IMM 5801 came from Tunis VO
After the Interview I was gearing up for the Appeal but I think God saw the genuinity of our relationship and instead of Refusal helped us to ireceive a Pre-Arrival letter.
Is it a done deal or some more bottle necks to go through?
Usually how much time it takes from Pre Arrival letter to PPR?
