Vienna, I think, also had a quick one. Such a quick result out of NDVO is really, really amazing; I almost wonder if the processing was done at Ottawa, like one São Paulo VO application was.

I read something interesting that a user posted in the NDVO thread: "its been decided by the immigration department that, they are going to process the family sponsorship cases process based on the clearance procedure they learned through syrian refugee program this year. Through which, they processed 25k applicants in 3-4 months."
I'm curious if they have actually already implemented what they've learned from the Syrian refugee program. It would help explain some of the really fast processing times from multiple offices. It will be very interesting to watch what happens over the next year or so.
I have friends who applied in December 2015, jan 2016 and feb ending... All are NDVO.. All got dms on the weekend.. Dont knowwhats happening.. Hopefully its not a software glitch..

I have no clue honestly. I remember hearing that the immigration minister plans on doing something like this, but I haven't heard whether or not anything has actually been changed.
