FBI & STATE certificates- How long does it take?

I need to get the PCC done for self and wife.

I have to get it from 2 states. California and Michigan.
Does anybody know how much time it takes usually to get state certificate?

Also how log does it take for FBI certificate?

Yes, i got state police certificate from Michigan, it took for me about 10 days ( but they told me on phone it takes 4-6 weeks),
FBI still waiting.

You can get the FBI one in less than a month depending on where you live and whether you put a deadline on your letter. States differ from each other.

fbi - around 2 weeks
states - depends 1-3weeks in my case

i got it in 5 days because its nearby my place.
