any idea how long FBI report is valid for ? my fbi report is 5 months old ? is this still valid

It can't be older than 3 months when submitted.

Will this apply in my case, too?
I applied under FSW last December 2011. unfortunately, my application was returned due to cap reached.
If my NOC will still be in the July list, I am planning to re apply again.
But, by then my FBI clearance will be 7 months old.
Do i need to secure a new clearance or can i still use the one that I have now?
