10. How will my Identity History Summary be sent back to me?
The FBI will return all results, both foreign and domestic, by U.S. First-Class Mail via the United States Postal Service.
FBI processing times are currently 14-16 weeks plus shipping time. Have you gone down the list of FBI channelers to see if any will send the results to Canada? I know that MyFBIreport won't but there were at least 15 channelers on the approved list. https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/compact-council/list-of-approved-channelers

Yeah but I hear you can have the results mailed to your family, as long as it's under your name and have it forwarded to you. I was considering rather just submitting my Police cert when they request it, I hear people say that is a better idea to avoid experation

In either case, use a channeler. We used MyFBIReport and it took about a week to get the results mailed. Assuming anther few days to have it forwarded to you. You can always have your fingerprints ready to go at anytime. Your fingerprints never expire lol.

They requested our police check right after Sponsor Approval (May 9) which was about 1 week after AOR1 (May 3) but this was for an outland app.
You're currently inside Canada but from your posts I haven't been able to determine if your app is inland or outland. If inland, I don't know when they request the police checks.

We had request for PCC and Schedule A at the same time as Sponsor Approval. Sponsor Approval was 1 week after AOR1. My full timeline is visible on my forum profile.

They will most definitely send it to Canada. I sent my PCC request in August 2017 and received it end of Oct 2017, sent to my address in Canada. It took about an extra week because they send it via First Class and there is no way to have them expedite the shipping, but they will absolutely send to Canada.
