I submitted my fingerprints and got my PCC from the FBI. Both the online copy and the manual letter I received via snail mail are in black and white (template letter). The sign at the bottom looks printed (not ink from manual signature).
I've read a few threads saying that applications have been rejected because color scans of the PCC weren't uploaded.
Could someone who's gotten a PCC from the US confirm if their response letter looks similar? Is this ok?

i never reached out to IRCC. I submitted the PCC I got from the FBI. I haven't heard from IRCC about additional evidence, but I have passed criminality. Guessing the PCC was approved.
I scanned the hardcopy i received in the mail. It was a black and white document, but i scanned it the way it was. I think the electronic document is the same?
