Can I upload the PDF version of FBI PCC for my PR application or do I have to wait for the hard copy to arrive by mail and then scan it? Thanks

Yeah, but your PDF is a scan of the original; or rather, the original is a print out of the PDF. The FBI sent you the PDF, right? That's official.

Yes, I have the PDF version of the PCC.
However, I have a previous PCC from FBI from last year both PDF and Hard copy. So I checked and the hard copy has some kind of numbers in the very first page printed under the seal, while the PDF version (both old and the newest one) doesn’t have these numbers. So there is a difference between two but I don’t know how important it is
