I have just a few more days before I need to submit my application. I haven't been able to get FBI PCC yet due to fingerprints being rejected multiple times. The fingerprint technician mentioned that the hands bare very dry and cracked because of the winter. It would take at-least a month before hands get better and I would be able to get an eligible fingerprint. Can I mention this in the letter of explanation about the delay in sending the PCC. Does this mention be acceptable by IRCC officials? Or will the application be rejected?
Sounds like you have no choice but to apply for a delay.
If the explanation is reasonable, you may be given some time. Can you get a letter from a doctor or the technician stating your fingers need to heal? That will help.
No you can't , an ITA is like a one-time ticket .. use it or lose it situation!
If your points are good enough then wait for the next draw and get your PCC in. However, until you submit an eAPR, IRCC doesn't reply to any inquiries or requests from candidates as you have yet to have a file that they can refer to and with EE profile receiving ITA, that's not the case.
