I have no clue what my SSN was during my stay in US.I got it in August 2017 and I got back to Poland in September 2018 and lost it some time after my return. Is there a way I can submit the form with out an SSN number to obtain a FBI clearance?
Hi. Did you work in the US. My husband and I are on a visit visa in US and as i applied for work permit, my consultant told me to have my FBI clearance ready. I just downloaded the form, went to a police station for the fingerprinting and send it to the FBI address. I just left the SSN blank. Hope this help. BTW, my work permit was approved..tnx
