Citizenship and Immigration Canada was asking for FBI clearance for my parents. It took almost 14 weeks to receive in my end. Now I will send this clearance along with a copy of the email that is sent from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Here I have a question. Should I send clearance document (came within the envelope) and copy of email inside another envelope? Or can I open the clearance document from original envelope (sent from FBI) and then send within only one envelope?

FBI will mail report back to you on whatever address you give them. They use regular mail so it will be faster to a us or canadian address. I personally used a money order to pay them. currently FBi check takes about 12-14 weeks plus shipping http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks
