With my application i sent in a clearance from an FBI channeller, and in the recent letter i got, they requested that i get an official one from the FBI. I requested an official one from the FBI right after i sent out my application, just in case this happened. I never received the official one from the FBI (and its now going on 5 months or more) and CIC needs it within 60 days, and it takes up to 3 months to get it in general!
What can I do?

What can I do?
1. I assume you didn't send in your prints to the FBI, just requested the "official report"
2. You have to send in prints with the fee and processing these days is 4-6 weeks + mailing time.

actually, i did both of those things. i got my prints done by an officer so i knew they were good and went and got a money order like they requested.
i sent all of that into the FBI.

Did you try calling the FBI office where you sent everything and try to speak to someone about it?
If you sent everything to them, then it would seem that they would be in a far better position to tell you what's going on, as opposed to strangers in a forum who have nothing to do with your fingerprints or your clearance certificate or the money you paid.

yeah i tried today and they were closed. i just got the letter today as well.... i was just looking for some quick help on here.....
