My father has visitor visa valid till June 2017. However, my mother was denied visitor visa 3 times so far due to travel history. Although she is co-owner of all property and has same travel history as my father (visited India, KSA, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore). Now we were thinking to apply for supervisa for both parents. I have confusion about two things:
1. Since my father already has visitor visa does applying for supervisa for both create any problem for my father? If supervisa is denied can they cancel his existing visitor visa?
2. Does having a lawyer to represent the case makes any difference?
Here is the note from visa officer last time got through access to information act: "Applicant intending to visit son in Canada. Applicant is a landlord/property management in Bangladesh. Applicant is married with 3 children. Children are adults and 2 are married and are in Canada, while the last child is a student in Bangladesh. Spouse will not accompany. Reviewed ppt, no significant travel, only showing regional travel and KSA. Invitation ltr provided by hosts in Canada along with supporting docs relating to finances. Provided bank statement, showing some funds. However, based on travel history, not satisfied that applicant is BF visitor. Application refused."
