SINP for sure.
Some get through within 1-3 months (nomination) then PR.
Quebec by all means the slowest.

Hi andy108,
I am new to this forum and is trying to get some information on getting a PR. I have a PGWP which I recieved after completing my 2 year diploma. I got a job in Ontario which falls under NOC A2175. My job started on 26th of Oct. It is full time but on contract for a year. Do by any means I qualify to apply for PNP from Ontario. After reading some articles I pretty much got an idea that I need to wor fo atleast an year if I have to apply for Express entry.
Please advice
Thanks
Thanks Andy. What about Nova Scotia.
Regarding Quebec, how many months is the average?

Andy have you seen any NOC 1111 get nominated by SINP without licence? It seems impossible to get this living offshore.
Regards
SINP. I got my nomination in 1 month and 3 days
I got my nomination from OINP in 4 months
