family status with a 19 year old son studying in Canada

we have submitted our file express entry .
we are a family of 6 : my wife ( main applicant ), me ( spouse ), our children age 19 years old , twins :15 years old and as son11 years old .

my inquiry is about our son whose 19 years old and is studying in UBC Vancouver with a student visa . so in case we got approved to apply , will he be included in our application , or he should start his own since hes already on student visa adding his age please advise thanks
