A PR of Canada wants to sponsor his spouse & 2 kids from abroad. The sponsor also has a child with ex spouse(divorced). This child lives with ex spouse abroad.
Question: The sponsor wants to sponsor the spouse & the 3 kids. Can he apply on one application to sponsor them or he has to apply on 2 separate applications. Thanks

Two applications. One with the spouse and the 2 kids. Separate application for the child with the ex spouse.

You're going to have to get more specific, like when you became a PR and when the child was born. (Not precise dates but relative should be enough)

How did you get PR is important info too. Did you live with the child’s father for a continuous year?
