I got a invitation latter from CiC for my mom I have 1 questions since they want 3 years of incomes assessment in 2019 I’m off by 11000 but 2020 and 2021 I’m up by 55000 to 65000 year I’m wondering if they will average out the income or will they decline the application. Please need desperate help.

They will decline your application. You didn’t qualify to apply in 2020 so never should have applied. 11k is a huge amount when even a few dollars can lead to refusal. Did you even meet LICOfor 2018 and 2019 when you applied in 2020?

Refuse. It is by year, not average. You need to meet LICO for each year, no exceptions. They refuse applications that don't meet LICO by a couple hundred dollars.

You are off by a lot in 2019. Why did you submit the interest to sponsor back in 2020?
Your application will be declined (We saw cases where people were only off by a few hundreds and still get refusal).
You have again wasted a spot where someone who actually qualifies can apply. Well. IRCC did the math and that's why they sent out many more invitation to apply than the actual applicants they expected to recieved.
