my wife applied for my spouse visa on 28 spetember 2016. my file came to india on 1 december 2016 since then it just keep showing in process even thought my medical also expired in july 2017 and PCC also expired. but high commision have not asked for it again. in may 2017 they asked me for few paper work.after that i never heard from them i recently got my GCMS notes everything is passed and it says.

You can email the vo and ask for an update or you can get the local mp involved.

already tried asking the vo few times but dont respond.my wife went to mps office few times but mp is never there

on 1/1/2018 does it mean there will be a movement in the case ??

dont know nothing then plenty of applications from 2016 have been cleared out only mine is left i guess. my wife sent it to mississauga on 28 sept 2016 and it came to delhi office on 1 december 2016.

I applied on 15 th august 1016 received by morocco office on September 2016 and still waiting and no response,they keep telling me is on process.
