Family Sponsorship Status - LUCKY LOTTERY

Hi

I applied for my mother family sponsorship form in Jan,2017 like showing the interest in the lucky lottery but still now I didn't hear anything from the CIC whether my application was picked in the lottery system or not .

Please suggest what have to do for next ?
How can I know whether my mother application was picked in the LUCKY LOTTERY or not
