I have a question. I am a Canadian Permanent Resident. I got married in USA and my husband is a US greencard holder. He does not have any Canadian status. I want to sponsor my parents in canada. Do i need to add my spouse in my family size to meet LICO? even if he does not have canadian status? Will I calculate LICO on 3 (myself, my mother, my father) or I will include my husband as well?
