Family size for Supervisa

Hi there,
I want to apply for super visa for my mother. I do not have any dependents but my common-law partner sponsored his parents-mother and father 2 years ago for super visa. I did not co-sign his application and he is not going to co-sign my application as I think my income is enough. When I calculate family size do I include my in-laws as well? Or just me ,my mother and my spouse? Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou!!
*** My father has been deceased , so he would not be included in my family size.

No , my father passed away couple years ago.
