hi there again guys... we planning to try sponsoring 1 of my wife's family member her sisters daughter...2 important questions comes to our mind about are is there a specific income that we need as a sponsor to meet and is the applicant need to be college graduate from our country?? Pls i need accurate info on this

You can't sponsor that family member. Your wife doesn't qualify as a sponsor because she is married, to you.

This would be the only available option, and no mention of her being an orphan was made.

Orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece or grandchild
You can sponsor an orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece or grandchild only if they meet all of these conditions:

• they’re related to you by blood or adoption
• both their mother and father passed away
• they’re under 18 years of age
• they’re single (not married or in a common-law or conjugal relationship)

You can’t sponsor your brother, sister, nephew, niece or grandchild if:

• one of their parents is still alive
• no one knows where their parents are
• their parents abandoned them
• someone else other than their parents is taking care of them while one or both their parents are alive
• their parent is in jail or otherwise detained

You cannot sponsor these family members.

If they wish to immigrate to Canada, they will have to qualify on their own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.
