first Proof of Relationship (required) and under info its says
You must provide proof of your relationship with your host or family member. This can include:
a marriage certificate
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM5409)(Opens a new window)
a birth certificate
an official document naming you as a parent
a copy of the inside back cover of the inviter's passport showing the inviter's parents, if applicable
I have provided my aunts, passport, driving license, hydry bill and my mother passport as they sharing dads name along with explanation letter.
and for second tab its Family Member Proof of Status (required)

Hi,
I believe that the " proof of your relationship with your host or family member" is for your dependent family that will accompanying you to Canada and that the "Family Member Proof of Status" is for the relative that is living in Canada. You can provide their Citizenship and/or Permanent Residence card (both sides). You can click on the the help icon to the right side for an explanation and example of what is required to be uploaded.
