Family is in India , Need suggestion for Medicals

Hi Experts -This question on my friend's behalf ..

His family is in India ( went for vacation for 4 months) and he got his medical request , He is still in canada on work Permit and applied under CEC in Oct 2012.
and his visa office is ottawa.

Questions -

1. Can he go ahead and do his medical in Canada ?
2. Can his family do medicals in India ?
3. Where the doctor will send the medical reports , in case his family go for medicals in India ? ( They called to Doctor and doc said that they always send the report to Delhi Canada High Commision ? Is for CEC report need to be send in ottawa ?

My friend was in a similar situation as you so this works.

2. Yes
3. I believe the medical report is tied to client id so it doesn't matter where the report goes as it will be updated in your file.
