Should i invite only one person or is it fine to invite my mother and father together?

If you're inviting your parents for your graduation then they should apply from where they currently live now. All you need is to send them invitation letter and others if required.

You may do either. For a month just prepare detailed itinerary what sightseeing they are going to do.
