Family Information in IRCC portal.

Hi,

Hope you all are doing well.

I was wondering if anyone know if the IMM5645 family information form is required for study permit application when applying via the IRCC portal?

The required documents I was asked to upload in the end does not ask for this document nor there is mentioned to upload in the option documents, but I see it as a required document on the website.

There is already a family information section in the IRCC portal in which they only ask about your wife and parents. Therefore, where should I enter my siblings details, so hoping someone can confirm or clarify if this section replaces the need to submit?

My visit visa refused on 25/03/2024. I applied through IRCC New Portal. There is no any question asked about my sibling. Now I am planning to apply through GC key. There is a family declaration form through which they are asking sibling information. Is it a misrepresentation case if I fill sibling information in family declaration form. Pls suggest how you overcome this problem.
