I was filling out visit visa forms for my parents to come visit me in Canada. Problem is that in the family information form 5645, I dont know the exact date of births and the complete current addresses of my father's brothers and sisters. Can any one please tell me if their is a particular way CIC provides to solve this problem.

Isn't it your parents who are supposed to fill out the applications/forms?
If you're willing to fill out on behalf of them, get the info from your parents. Eventually, these need to be submitted at the visa office of your home country.
