Decided to send common law sponsorship application .

All the evidence I have are whatsapp history ,call log, photos, joint bank statement, emails, receipts that we buy stuff for each other, and my questions is : is it the family/friends support letter is a must?can I just send the app without those letters?thanks

Yes they are a must. You need at least two notarized. Your friend or family members will have to write the letter, take it to a notary, then give it to you to send in. If you do not include these letters, it will appear that your relationship is unknown to your friends and family and that will be a huge red flag.

You may also want to consider including something that shows you and your partner have lived together for one year, like a joint lease and joint utility bills.

I believe that at least two letters (notarized) are required for a Common-Law application.

Wow! @KelseyTVS and I posted our replies at exactly the same time! It's a miracle the server here didn't crash. LOL!

I gonna ask his mom and my friend to write the letter, 2 is enough?or more is better
And we have the letters that show the same address like joint bank statement and my driver license renewal letters to prove that we have live together more than 1 year is that ok ?
sorry to ask so many questions lol
