Hello,

I have two questions regarding the form. I have reviewed all answered questions, but even similar ones don't answer my questions:

1) In Section C, it says "SECTION C - BROTHERS AND SISTERS (Include ALL brothers and sisters, ALL half-brother and sister and stepbrother and sister.)".
Are half-brothers and stepbrothers the same? My main point: should I add non-blood related brothers?

2) Signature. I have read somewhere that that now you don't need to manually sign it. Is this true? And if it is, is s
