I am in Canada , applying for spouse visa under family class - PR

my wife is in india.

is the address to send the application package changed to nova scotia?

previously it was missisauga?

I did create my GCKey. I am able to log in my account with this.

But I am not able to proceed to pay the fees with the same GCKey log in ID and Password. the webpage says ....the id doesnot match our database.

what could be the problem?
