Family class sponsorship.

My wife had sponsored me under Family class sponsorship and later CIC from New Delhi asked me for documents which i provided them on 19th May 2016 though due date was 26th May 2016. But after there hasn't been any update.
Sent few emails to Canadian high commission New Delhi but no answer.
Has any one been through same situation ? Please help...

We started processing your application on October 23, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you correspondence on April 26, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Hello everyone,
This is the new update on my application.
It has been really frustrating not know about the result. As it's been almost 16 months.
It has been 2 months since i gave another medical but no result yet.
Can anyone please help or even know how long it's going to take.
