Family class sponsorship in appeal

Hello,

I put the sponsorship file for my parents in 2011. I paid $200 sponsorship fee and $1100 processing fee for both. Now I have been asked to "Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee ".

It has no option to only pay "Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee " without processing fee.
How to do payment? Please help and advise.

"Right of permanent residence fee" option is in the main list (it is not under the "Family Sponsorship" option). The link is below. Good Luck!
