Hi all,

I'm busy filling out the migration application forms for Canada as skilled worker for me, my wife en our daughter (2 years old), i have some questions concerning the application forms, i'll be very happy if some one can help me out.

My questions are:

1- I'm married with my wife since 2008 in the church but not in the cityhall, so we are officially not married according the government. The problem now if we apply as married couples, then i have to provide a marriage certificate(for some reasons i can't provide our church wedding certificate in the application), my question is: is it possible to apply as boyfriend and a girlfriend? i'll appreciate any other ideas.

2- Does the baptism certificate considered as birth certificate?

3- In the form "Additional Dependants(IMM0008DEPENU)" there is a "Dependant type" with the options:
type A dependant
type B dependant
type C dependant
Which one suites my situation?

I truly appreciate your time and effort to help me out.

u cn't apply as BF & GF, but 1 thing is possible i.e. Live-in relationship, bt for that u need to provide evidence.

Yes it wl consider only if it is in english.

3- In the form "Additional Dependants(IMM0008DEPENU)" there is a "Dependant type" with the options:

Read Checklist. It has Common-Law Partners or Statutory Declaration under Civil Documents etc. IF you can provide them, than there's is no issue. Also, you'll have to fill in extra form, i.e., Common-Law or Statutory Declaration Form.

Hi all,

Sorry for disturbing again, i need some help with the next questions:

1- Does the church wedding's certificate considered as an official marriage certificate? is it enough for the immigration application?
2- Do i have to provide an avidence of my bank account balance(not in canada) in the application?
3- Some of the forums are not applicable for me, do i have attach them empty with the notification "N/A"? or i just don't have to attach them?

Thanx a lot.
