i am randeep ...

10 th - 76%

12 th - 70 %

ielts - 6.5 overall .. ( l - 6.5 , w - 6.5 ,r- 6.5 , s-5.5 )

i have passed my last qualification i.e 12th in june 2012 nd then ielts in september ...
i applied for sherdian college ( comp. eng. technician course ) and sent 6 months fee too .
and i had borrowd a 7 lac loan also.
Medical and gic is also done ( w8ng fr gic crtificate )

i am going to apply my visa file on 12 july ( approx) .. please help me .. is it right time to apply . and chances of rejection.

If you are confident enough with your documents then you are good to go. You will also see many getting visa in this time.

BROTHER IF POSSIBLE PAY ONE WHOLE YEAR FEES INSTEAD OF ONE SEM...IN MANY CASES STUDENTS GET REJECTION BY PAYING ONLY ONE SEM FEE...
VISA OFFICER WILL GIVE YOU THAT YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS....
PLZ MAKE YOUR PROFILE AS STRONG AS POSSIBBLE AND GET VISA IN JUST ONE MOVE..

Incorrect.
Many people including me have got visa without paying any fees(sem/year).
Just make sure that you come across as genunie student and reflect the same in your file.
