I've been trying to get the passport stamps translated but I have one from a visit to Mexico from a couple of years ago that has faded pretty badly. You can barely read if you do it carefully enough and that's mostly because I know what I am looking for. Parts of it are completely illegible, especially in copies.
I've sent it to two translators and both said they can't do it because they can't read it. Has anyone had this predicament before? I'm not sure what to do.

It is accepted. Your choice whether to translate or just leave it. This won't be a show stopper anyways.
