Hello, I have a question about QC simplified LMIA.
Transition plan is not needed if its the 1st LMIA app-n request for the same occupation.
The employer applies in one application for two workers in the same occupation.
Is this considered 1st application or since there is a 2nd worker it is two applications so we need the transition plan?
