Hi everyone,

I have a question... Do I have to translate my facebook conversations from my native language in order to proof our relationship? How many pages should I print? Is it okey if I download the conversations in a word document (copy paste style)?

P.S. There is an application that can allow you to download all your facebook messages, its called messenger backup for facebook and I have an Android phone and it worked! Very easy to use!

Yes, they should be translated.

IN terms of how much to include, I answered this in your other thread.

Why you think it should be translated? if CIC really care about the content of the chats then it should be officially translated. there is no point for CIC to read chats that are not officially translated, stamped and signed, since you can translate the way you want. I think it is just waste of resources for CIC to read not offical translated documents. I didnt translate mine. Iam not an expert here, just my opinion.

I took screenshot of our conversions, 2 screenshots for each month.. having chats as texts is meaningless, since text files can be easily edited.

Just my opinion as well. There's no point providing CIC with something they can't read. I honestly don't know for sure but to me it just seems like good sense. However I would not spend thousands of dollars to translate buckets of pages. I'd just have a select few translated, and I'd include a letter that says that more translations can be provided if required.

Yes, that's 100%. We submitted translations of our conversations in Skype and facebook posts.
