Hi my sister is on TRV in Canada, we applied for extension, which they refused saying leave immediately also there are notes in the letter saying update us if there is a change in status such as marriage etc.
She is planned to get married in mid January, what should we do ?
Should we write a letter to CIC saying she is planned to get married, or should we wait until after she gets married in about 3 1/2 weeks and then update them requesting to extend TRV along with proofs such as marriage certificate.
Please note, it will take some time (may be a month after marriage) to file in-land sponsorship by her to be husband.
