So, let's assume that applicant filed application CEC, in two month got AOR eventually extends PGWP applying to BOWP, gets BOWP, and then waits ..after 10 month CIC sends application back ( something missing or smthg wrong) applicant corrects it and sends back again by that time BOWP is going to expire..can applicant againg apply for BOWP?

I wonder ... to tie into this question ... applicant gets AOR, waits 10-11 months and nothing from CIC ... BOWP is gonna expire in 3 months. No clear timeline from CIC. If one were to apply for a BOWP extension, would they get it? What do you guys think?
And yes, the wording is "it will be determined on a case by case basis". That is sooo vague. Anyways, curious about what people think!

I would think unless they release more guidance prior to the application, they would probably accept it. However, it's worth nothing that they have access to your data. If it's obvious to them that your application will be processed/finalized in a month or so, they may choose not too!

The suspense in general is KILLING me!
Hmmm ... yea, my thoughts as well. I'm thinking as I'm in month 10, if they dont process soon or decide on "review required", then I might as well get something else out of it. Review is gonna take another 2 months at least.
Was thinking I strip down the GCMS reports and attach the VO notes with an explanation letter saying that I am providing additional info for review, and while they process/finalize, I dont want to interrupt employment ... bla bla. I wonder if that would actually work.
Not sure if this is gonna help or not....but you should be aware that CIC issues BOWP the moment it is approved. So, if you applied FEB 1 and it took them 30 days to process, the permit would be issued for MAR 1. Even if you requested AUG 1 after your permit expired, they would issue it immediately. I made the same mistake. And thus, cut my BOWP down from 12 to 9 months. If you want the full term, I'd suggest waiting till about 1 month before it expires. Thats based on current processing times...30 days.
