Hi,
I recently received my PR validity papers from the immigration office in London. The papers were sent on the 24th of November but my validity had expired on the 18th. I found out that it was because of my medical expiry date of the same time. I then went for another medical to help update my records and my doctor had emailed the medical officer my information only to find out that I didn't need another medical because my validity had been extended.
I have since contacted the London office to confirm this extension on my validity.
I am heading to Canada to see my wife for Christmas. Should I take my paperwork and ask about my new extended validity date on arrival to Canada?
many thanks.
