Extension of Temporary Resident Visa (I have work permit)

So i performed eligibility test and said i was eligible to apply for TRV. But when I continue the application, my personalized checklist has IMM5257E (visitor visa application form) instead of IMM5708E (Extension of TRV application form).

Am I supposed to fill visitor application form even though I am in Canada, with a valid work permit?

Little confused here, any help will be appreciated.
