In case a person has completed one year diploma and want to enroll in another one year diploma, can it be done while studying in Canada or he has to come to homeland and file for visa for second diploma?
In case he can enroll in next program while in Canada, Will he need to show the funds again?
2) At the time of issue of PGWP, is the last study/program considered to calculate the period of PGWP?
e.g. In above case, will he get PGWP on the basis of one year program(Last Program he studied) or Two years(Considering the duration of both the diplomas together) and will be issued a three year PGWP.
Another doubt:- IF filling for PR on the basis of Canadian education, do they take in count the Diplomas as well, while calculating the points on educational basis.

I guess no is absolutely sure of the answers for your questions but I will try to answer as much as I know.
About the extension of study permit, if the diploma is an extension for the current diploma, then you will just need to extend the study permit. But if the program/diploma is completely a new one (like you applied for another diploma in the same/different institute which has no link to the current diploma) then you will need a new study permit.
About the PGWP, I am not sure about it since I have no experience regarding it. Why don't you just talk with the authority who issues work permit and see what they say.
About the PR, as far as I know, any sort of degree/diploma from Canada will count towards the point. They again, you should go through CHC website, perhaps email them with this question. You don't want any sort of misleading or wrong information in these matters so I suggest you better talk with the proper authorities regarding the PR and PGWP.
