Extension of Study Permit

Hi,

I want to extend my study permit for 3months

Intially when I applied for Study visa I was registered for a financial planning course , which is a 8months course, later when I arrived in Canada I changed my course now I am doing an 1y course which has CO op as well.

Can you please help me what should I do to extend my study permit and get a COOP work permit?
