Extension of spousal open work permit

I am an international student.I have some doubts regard my work permit and my spouse open work permit.

1) If i get a course completion certificate, will I be able to work as a full time employee before I get my post graduation work permit????

2) Is it possible to extend my spouse's open work permit at the same time when I apply for my post graduation work permit???

I wan t to apply OWP. my wife is doing post graduation 1 yr diploma in canadian college.I want to accompany her till her visa is valid. Am i eligible for OWP. 1) Yes - you can work full time.
2) Online if you already have a full time job that is NOC A, B or 0. Otherwise you have to wait until you secure such a job before your spouse can extend their open work permit.
