Hi Seniors,
I am an october 2012 applicant, I have some concerns regarding my BOWP, i am already on Bridged work permit which expires in june 2014, my medicals have been completed and i have already requested cic about my immigration status and it is still in process.
My question is can i bridge my bridged work permit meaning extend my bridge work permit again since my immigration is still in process
Yes you can...apply just as you did last time and include an explanation letter mentioning that your PR application is still being processed and a decision hasn't been made as yet. Good luck!!

Second that. Include as much proof of your current PR application as possible, to make it a clear and easy decision
for the VO assessing your work permit application.
The BOWP is a fairly new system and there haven't been a lot of extensions so far, so the VO might not be aware of all
rules etc.
Thanks for all the reply , i just want some clarification as per website
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who-eligible/four-year-maximum.asp
it mentions that you can only extend your work permit to a maximum of 4 years i am already on BOWP. Does this website apply to extension of BOWP

See the exceptions:
NOC O and A jobs as well as permanent resident applicants who have received a positive selection decision or approval in principle as well as other exceptions.
Perfect thanks so much, finally i can take a deep breath
