I submitted my application with proofs that I applied for FBI PCC and I am quite literally expecting the PCC any day now as it's already been mailed. Today I received a message from CIC that I need to upload the PCC but the message is really confusing and I don't know what to do.
The message was sent on October 13 and it says that I uploaded the proof of application for PCC and I need to upload the original PCC as soon as I receive it. It then says: this needs to be received by 2015/10/13. In a highlighted line underneath it then says that the document needs to be supplied within 60 days from the correspondence date (2015/10/13). Therefore that should be early December, right?
But, when I go into my application I see a newly opened slot for upload and in the Requested by column it says again 2015/10/13! What do I do? Which is correct: 60 days from this date or today itself? I got nothing to upload yet! Please help.
Because it takes so long to obtain FBI PCC, CIC is understanding and grants some leeway in this regard. I submitted my scanned application to FBI and DHL tracking information as a proof it was delivered.
The part that worries me are the confusing dates in the request letter I received. Did they really give me only less than 24 hrs to upload the documents, or is it 60 days?
An update to this: miraculously, the reports appeared in mail today. However, my husband's fingerprints were rejected. FBI never told me that although I called them a million times.
I am thinking of submitting my report and my husband's rejection with an LOE saying he will apply again immediately, and then sending application proof through CSE. Do you think this is a good route?

Good idea, thanks!
I am so frustrated and disheartened by this though. I've been waiting for this PCC since July and now this. For sure I'm not getting another one before January. I wonder whether they'll just flat out reject my application.

Yeah, that's probably the way to go, just to be on the safe side.
I submitted my PCC and husband's rejection together with a polite LOE pleading for understanding and extension. Haven't heard back yet. Hopefully they'll consider it. Fingers crossed.
